A Personal Message from Jo-Anne Kropf

For the last 10 years I have been part of the Forest Hill Hearing team as we have served the community of Kitchener., and it has been my great pleasure getting to know you and helping so many people to achieve better hearing.

However, I have decided to retire.

One of the delays to retiring was finding the right person to take over Forest Hill Hearing who could both continue to deliver the high standards that have been set, and also bring their own expertise to further improve your experience.

Finally, after much deliberation, we found the ideal person.

I am delighted to introduce Hearing Instrument Specialist Chris Arnold as the new owner of Forest Hill Hearing which will soon transition to Arnold Hearing Centres. With a track record for delivering outstanding hearing care across the Kitchener, Guelph, Simcoe, and Waterloo communities, Chris will be joining Hearing Instrument Providers Sarah and Tia to continue to provide the exemplary care you have always come to expect from Forest Hill Hearing. We are pleased to let you know that Kim and Andrea will remain with the clinic and will be happy to continue answering your phone calls and emails.

I’m excited for the future of Forest Hill Hearing and know that you’re in excellent hands.

Although the same high standards will not change, Chris Arnold will be bringing the values of his 70-year old family business, and be introducing additional expertise and service to further enhance your experience.
